Opportunity to show your research

at the Advanced fNIRS Workshop

Imperial College London, April 23-24


As a research-focused company, it is always very important for us to know what is next in the field. If you would like to present and discuss your work with other fNIRS researchers do not miss this opportunity!

Process and submission

Everyone (undergrads, graduates, post-docs and researchers) is invited to apply! We will accept all abstracts on fNIRS that push the edge of the field varying from analysis techniques to clinical applications. A team supervised by Dr. Yücel and Dr. Huppert will chose the two best abstracts.

Deadline for application: April, 3rd, 2020


Prizes

The winners will be invited to either give a 20 min talk or present a poster on their work followed by a short discussion session on the first day. They will also be awarded one of the following prizes:

1st place: Drone DJI Mavic mini

2nd place: Garmin Forerunner 245 smartwatch


Requirements - Abstract formatting

The work has to be related to the fNIRS field and be written according to the following structure:

  • Authors Identification: name, surname, and affiliation

  • Underline the name of the presenter

  • Content:

    • Introduction/description

    • Objectives

    • Methods

    • Results/Preliminary results

    • Conclusion

  • The total number of words should not exceed 300

  • Tables, figures and graphics should be added to the presentation only

  • Please provide a statement for conflicts of interest and ethics committee approval
