Monday 16th August
8 am CEST - What's New at NIRx
Dr. Mylène Henry gave an introduction to the event and a quick snapshot of what’s new at NIRx since the last distributor meeting. You’ll briefly hear about new faces, places, products and resources.

9 am CEST - Overview of Support and new components
Our support team gave an overview of the resources available and processes. This included defining support, first level support, how to ask for it, as well as information about the support website and navigation. Yasmina Giebeler gave a runthrough of our Help Center. Dr. Demetris Roumis and Blanca Pérez-Sempere will share the latest, accessories and product improvements.

12 pm CEST - Software updates and Q&A
Yasmina Giebeler shared the new features and improvements of Aurora and NIRSite platforms. This was followed by a discussion on the topics of the day.

Tuesday 17th August
8 am CEST - Physiological Measurements with NIRxWINGS
We gave a demo of the NIRxWINGS module for concurrent physiological measurements. The demo included a walkthrough of the software components. Afterwards, Dr. Alexander von Lühmann discussed the importance of physiological measurements and we heard all about the process of its development by Jaghanivasan Soundararajan and his team.

12 pm CEST - System configurations and their applications
Dr. Mahipal Choudhary spoke about configurations of NIRx devices and potential applications for your customers.

12.30 pm CEST - Satori
Dr. Maria Adelia de Aratanha and Dr. Michael Lührs will be giving a quick introduction to Satori and our partnership with them. They will detail what it’s used for and how to sell it.
Wednesday 18th August
8 am CEST- Overview marketing and Introduction to our Explainer Video Series
Since the last distributor meeting, a designated marketing department has been created. Dr. Mylène Henry gave a quick introduction and Amy Young gave an overview of the processes and resources as well as 2 explainer videos of our cap and starter kits.
